  • Send transactional messages (appointment confirmations, showing reminders)
  • Send marketing communications only with your explicit opt-in consent
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. SMS/Text Messaging

RealEdge may send SMS messages for showing reminders, appointment confirmations, and lead follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@realedge.com.

We will never share your phone number or personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers (Twilio for SMS, Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage) strictly to operate our platform. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL), secure authentication, and access controls to protect your data. All passwords are hashed, and sensitive credentials are never stored in plain text.
